Projects are run in an agile structure with clear plans, weekly update meetings, written progress reports, and regular prototype deliveries.
Local where it matters
Prototypes are typically developed in our R&D lab in Shenzhen. When products move toward production, engineering work shifts closer to suppliers and our assembly factory in Changzhou .
Being local allows us to solve problems faster, negotiate better terms, and make informed technical trade-offs that are difficult to manage remotely.
