How our sourcing model works

Customers provide a sourcing brief. We translate this into a structured RFQ, first in English for customer approval, and then in Chinese when engaging suppliers locally.

We manage supplier communication, pricing discussions, samples, order execution, export documentation, and shipping — while remaining flexible if customers prefer their own logistics partners.

Active supplier management

When issues arise during production, we don’t just report them. Our engineers and managers can visit suppliers, review processes, and implement corrective actions on site.

This hands-on approach allows us to resolve problems that remote sourcing agents typically cannot influence once production has started.

International shipping and logistics

We handle export documentation, shipping coordination, and delivery. Customers are free to use their own freight forwarders or work with logistics partners we recommend.
